Robert is Builtcom's Head of Construction, sitting on our Senior Leadership Team and leading within the Construction Management Team. His role focuses on taking overall ownership of Builtcom's construction delivery function, leading our construction teams and driving best-for-project outcomes across the portfolio from planning through to completion.
A residential construction specialist with over two decades of proven delivery experience, including multiple mixed-use high-rise projects, Rob brings a strong track record leading construction and site delivery across multiple builds.
Rob joins Builtcom bringing this depth of delivery experience to strengthen our construction leadership as the business grows and delivers city-shaping projects and communities.

John is Builtcom's Commercial Director, providing direct oversight across the business all things Commercial management and Project delivery. His role focuses on championing & strengthening commercial outcomes across the Builtcom business and its $2 billion project pipeline. Working within our Senior Leadership team, John ensures our business operates at its optimum capabilities and as it grows and delivers city shaping projects & communities.
A Construction Commercial specialist with over 20 years of industry experience across Australia, John fosters a collaborative approach with team members, trade partners and stakeholders a like.
Having progressed throughout his career with industry leading mentors, John has a passion for upskilling and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals and is a key contributor and leader of Builtcom's Cadet Program and wider Commercial & Project Teams.

Jeremy is Builtcom’s Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the Project Delivery branch within the Construction division. His role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with Builtcom’s operational and reporting requirements.
Jeremy leads and supports the Project Delivery team, with a strong focus on performance, structure and upskilling. He manages monthly PCG requirements, oversees construction reporting calendars, and plays a key role in coordinating construction payment processes through monthly AP meetings. Known for his organised, hands-on approach, Jeremy helps keep delivery teams aligned, accountable and operating smoothly across the portfolio.
With over 7 years at Builtcom, Joseph has rapidly progressed through the ranks, developing a strong foundation in site management and contract administration. Known for his drive, ambition, and uncompromising standards, he has earned recognition both in the office and on-site.
A high-performing professional with a results-focused mindset, he consistently pushes boundaries to deliver exceptional outcomes. His growth reflects a clear vision for leadership and a relentless commitment to shaping the future of the company.
With over 30 years in the building industry, including 15 years at Builtcom, Ray Sassine is a seasoned leader who believes exceptional construction is a team effort. Guiding a talented group of 25 professionals, Ray fosters collaboration to deliver innovative, high-quality projects.
